Analysis of Influential Factors of Library Service Quality in Vocational Colleges

图书馆的服务质量是图书馆发展的核心,关系到学校的文化建设。目前,高职院校图书馆的服务质量普遍不高,这是一个值得思考的问题,通过调查分析可以发现,许多因素影响着图书馆服务的水平和质量,必须从树立良好的服务理念等方面进行改进,以促进高职院校图书馆服务质量的提高。

Library service quality is the core of library development,which is related to the school cultural construction.At present,the library service quality in vocational colleges is generally not high.Investigation and analysis find that many factors influence the improvement of library service quality.Improvement must be made from establishing the idea of quality service,so as to promote the modification of library service quality in vocational colleges.
