摘要
如何改善并提升公信力是慈善组织当前面临的重要难题。循证管理为从一个独特的视角定位和发展慈善组织公信力提供了新思路。立足于现实发展诉求,文章阐明了循证管理之于慈善组织公信力修复的适切性及其实施的过程机制,同时,基于上述基础进一步提出了其循证修复的实施策略,以期为我国深陷发展危机的慈善组织有效营建并切实巩固公信力,探寻新的方法和出路。
It is a critical challenge to improve and enhance philanthropy organization＇s accountability（ POA）. Evidence-based management（EBM） provides novel ideas from a unique angle for the positioning and the development of POA. The paper clarified the suitability of EBM to repair POA and analyzed its process mechanism based on the current development situation of philanthropy organization. It also provided repairing strategy from EBM perspective to practically build and effectively consolidate their accountability for philanthropy organizations in China, which are now in developmental crisis.
