法治成为社会主义核心价值观之一,是法治在社会主义理论体系与实践系统地位的极大提高,是中国共产党对社会主义理论的重大修正与发展;意味着传统政治意识形态内容的改变,权力话语权将被抑制,而法律、权利话语权将要形成。法治成为社会主义核心价值观是法治发展的必然,对中国法治实践来说也具有必要性。对作为社会主义核心价值观的法治的理解和运用是构建社会主义法治意识形态的组成部分。面对法治已经成为社会主义核心价值观的事实,我们该如何理解、在什么意义上认同,这对全面推进法治中国建设来说意义重大。在中国社会转型过程中,推进法治不仅需要完善的法律体系,还需要借助政治意识形态的引领与推进。

As one of the core values of socialism,the rule of law is greatly enhanced in the practice and the theoretical system of socialism system,and is a major revision of the theory of socialism and development to the Communist Party of China. The rule of law means a change to the traditional power of politics and political ideology discourse,and the discourse of law and right is to be formed. As the socialist core values,the rule of law is the inevitable development of the rule of law,and a necessity to the practice of rule of law in China. The understanding and usage of the rule of law is a part of the ideology of socialist rule. Faced with the fact that has become,how to understand the rule of law as the socialist core values is of great significance. In the process of social transformation in China,the promoting the rule of law requires not only a sound legal system,but also the guidance and advancement of political ideology.
