随着经济社会的不断发展,高等教育必须紧跟市场经济的步伐,同时考虑如何从根本上转变传统的教学管理模式,借鉴企业的有效管理理论和体系,构建适合高校发展的管理程序。针对当前高校管理中存在的显著问题,可以PDCA循环和业务流程再造的管理思想进行流程再造,满足高校教学管理流程正常进行的情况下形成闭环管理系统,不断在管理时发现问题、解决问题的循环当中,提出高校教学管理流程的新思路和新模式。
