摘要
在教育变革背景中,园长领导力水平的高低对幼儿园的发展和变革具有重要意义。通过对20名幼儿园园长进行深入访谈,基于园长领导力的主要表现和实践困境及园长领导力的构成纬度分析可以看出,园长要通过构建共同愿景、打造特色文化以及实现专业引领等方式,提升其领导力水平,最终提高幼儿园的保教质量。
The leadership level of kindergarten directors is of great importance to the development and reform of kindergartens in the context of educational reform. In this paper,an in- depth interview was taken to 20 kindergarten directors. Through the analysis of the results,the manifestation and practical difficulties of the directors' leadership were summarized. Based on the constitution of kindergarten directors' leadership,it was proposed that to enhance the leadership and improve the quality of teaching and nursing,kindergarten directors should build a shared vision,create distinctive culture and achieve professional guidance.
