行业性高职院校实施开放办学的调查与思考——以辽宁省部分行业性高职院校为例

行业性高职院校实施开放办学战略具有客观必然性和现实意义。省内外一些行业性高职院校致力于开放办学实践,取得了显著的成绩。但由于历史、法律保障、行业管理体制、传统教育模式等因素制约,行业性高职院校在开放办学方面还存在力度不大、程度不高、辐射面不广、发展不平衡等问题。行业性高职院校要从更新观念入手,明确办学定位,营造内部科学的开放办学系统,积极发挥行业的平台、指导、牵引和纽带作用,从促进国际交流、提高校企合作质量、加快现代职教体系建设、增强社会服务功能等诸多方面,创新行业性高职院校开放办学的新局面。

The implementation of open education strategy in professional vocational college has its objective necessity and realistic significance. Professional vocational colleges both inside and outside the province are committed to open education practice and have achieved remarkable results. But due to history,legal protection,industry management system,traditional education mode and other factors,professional vocational college in open education still existing some problems such as less strength,low extent,narrow range and unbalanced development. Professional vocational college should start from renewing concepts and confirm school- running orientation as well as creating internal scientific open education system. At the same time to play a positive role of platform,direction,traction and bond function. Professional vocational college shall from many aspects to innovate new situation for open education mode in professional vocational college,such as international communication promotion,university- enterprise cooperation quality improvement,modern vocational education system acceleration,social service enhancing and so on.
