新时期加强大学生入党积极分子的教育培养工作必须正确处理质量与数量的关系,坚持高标准进行教育培养,以解决"贪多求大"的问题;必须把握好其长期性、艰巨性、复杂性的特点,切实加大教育培养力度,以解决"急于求成"的问题;必须遵循思政教育规律,用真理的力量引起大学生入党积极分子思想的共鸣,以解决"学而不信"的问题;必须引入科学的、循序渐进的实践锻炼,以解决"学用脱节"的问题;必须强化自律与他律相结合,以解决"动力不足"的问题。
