中美档案解密制度的比较研究

本文以档案解密为切入点,分析中美档案解密制度在法律理念、组织结构、监督机制和公开方式四个方面的差异,认为当下我国应该通过健全解密法律体系、建立解密公开机制、改善解密监督来完善档案解密制度,以制度完善带动解密工作的开展。

From the perspective of Archive declassifieation, this article analyzes the major differences of archive declassification system between China and the United States from four aspects that are legal ideas, organization structure, supervision mechanism and public way, and believes that we should improve our declassification system through perfecting legal system of archive declassification, establishing a public mechanism of archive deelassification and optimizing declassification supervision, hoping to promote the work of archive declassification by well-established declassification system.
