探讨多层螺旋CT诊断主动脉夹层的价值

Initial Experiences of Aortic Dissection with Multi-Slice Spiral CT

目的 对多层螺旋CT诊断主动脉疾病的能力进行评价。方法 用多层螺旋CT机对 12例临床怀疑主动脉疾病的患者进行扫描 ,层厚 3 .2mm ,重建间隔 1.6mm ,由高压注射器经静脉团注 10 0ml造影剂 ,速度 3ml/s ,将数据传至专门工作站进行后处理。结果 检出 2例主动脉瘤、5例主动脉夹层 ,其中 4例Ш乙型主动脉夹层 ,1例主动脉粥样硬化斑形成 ,4例正常主动脉。

Purpose To evaluate the diagnose ability of the aortic diseases by multi slice spiral computed tomography. Methods Twelve patients suspected of aortic diseases were scanned slice thickness 3.2mm and overlapping slice increment 1.6mm. A bolus of 100ml contrast media was administered by a power injector at flow rate 3ml/s. The data collected were transferred to the special workstation for post processing of imaging. Results Two aneurysms,5 dissections,including 4 Ш B type of aortic dissections,1 aortic atherosclerosis,4 normal aortas were demonstrated. Conclusion The ability of multi slice computed tomography to diagnose the aortic diseases is good.
