辅助生殖技术病案管理探究

近年来,随着辅助生殖技术的飞速发展与患者量的急剧上升,辅助生殖技术病案管理的工作量与工作难度日益加大,如何进行高效有序的辅助生殖技术病案管理工作是我们所面临的巨大挑战。针对这一情况,本中心采用纸质病案和电子病案双轨制病案管理方法,通过建立准周期室,由专业人员及时记录、整理病案,并构建科内联网的HIS系统,实现医生、护士、实验室人员间对病案信息的同步完善与更新工作,最大程度结合了纸质病案与电子病案的管理优势。此外,我们将进一步结合辅助生殖技术的病案管理工作的未来发展趋势,加强病案的质量控制管理力度与明确工作重心,为辅助生殖技术的高效管理工作提供新的方案。

In recent years, with the sharp rise in the development of assisted reproductive technology and the number of patients, the workload and the difficulty of medical record management of assisted reproductive technology is increasingly. How to make the medical record management of assisted reproductive technology efficiently and orderly is the great challenge we face. In view of this situation, the center uses both paper medical records management and electronic medical records management, through the establishment of quasi periodic room, recording and sorting the medical records by professional personnel timely, building HIS online system within the department,realizing the improvement and update on the information of medical records synchronously among doctors,nurses,and laboratory personnel,combining the advantages of paper medical records management and electronic medical records management. In addition,we will combine with the future development trend of medical record management of assisted reproductive technology,strengthening quality control management of medical record with a clear focus, to provide a new scheme for the efficient management of assisted reproductive technology.
