摘要
目的通过分析医院全号段分时预约挂号的实施情况,发现全号分时预约的优点与不足,提出解决对策。方法通过现场观察对比我院实行全号段分时预约前后的排队现象和拥挤程度,以及对随机抽取的300位预约患者的问卷调查数据进行归纳及统计分析。结果参与调查的患者中有207位受访者认为减少了自己在医院的等候时间,占全部受访者的69%,225位受访者认为为自己安排就医时间提供了便利同时也避开了就诊高峰时的拥挤,占全部受访者的75%,其中关于医院开展全号段分时预约工作的满意程度的选项中:299位受访者选择十分满意或满意,选择不满意的患者仅有1人。结论实行全号段分时预约后,早高峰排队时间明显缩短,候诊区域拥挤程度有所下降,黄牛倒号现象有所抑制,患者就医感受提升。全号段分时预约挂号的方式使医患双方都得到益处,医院应不断完善预约方式并加强预约后续服务的管理,引导患者合理就诊,改善患者就医感受的同时使有限医疗资源得到充分发挥。
Objective To analyze the implementation of sub-time appointment on whole number segment, and find advantages and defects, and to put forward the countermeasures. Methods Through the field observation of the queuing phenomenon and degree of crowdedness Before and after sub-time appointment on whole number segment. A random sample of 300 patients with an appointment,summarized the survey data and statistical analysis. Results 207 respondents think the way have reduced their waiting time in the hospital, accounted for 69%of all respondents. 225 respondents think the way provides convenience for them to go to see a doctor and at the same time avoid the peak of the crowd, accounted for 75% of all respondents. Patients satisfaction survey: 299 respondents choose very satisfied or satisfied, only one patient choose dissatisfied. Conclusion After carrying out sub-time appointment on whole number segment, morning rush queuing time significantly shortened, degree of crowdedness of Waiting area declined, ticket scalper restrained, patients satisfaction improved. This way can make the doctor-patient benefit of both parties, The hospital should perfect appointment way and strengthen follow-up service booking management, guide the patient to see a doctor, improve the hospitalized feelings at the same time make the limited medical resources into full play.
