乌鲁木齐市天山区2013年恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

The Analysis on Cancer Incidence in Urumqi Tianshan District in 2013

目的了解和分析乌鲁木齐市天山区2013年居民恶性肿瘤发病情况,为开展肿瘤预防提供依据。方法收集整理天山区肿瘤登记报告处的2013年1月1日-12月31日常驻人口恶性肿瘤发病资料,统计分析其发病情况。结果 2013年天山区登记报告恶性肿瘤1209例,恶性肿瘤发病率为223.81/10万(男性215.28/10万,女性232.08/10万)。恶性肿瘤发病居前五位的是肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌。结论天山区恶性肿瘤以呼吸系统的肺癌、女性的乳腺癌为主,因此,我们要推行健康的生活方式,加大肿瘤预防的力度,降低恶性肿瘤的发病率,提高自身的生活质量。

Objective To understand and analyze the malignant tumor incidence in Tianshan District, Urumqi in 2013, to provide evidence for cancer prevention.Methods Cancer incidence data of permanent population in Tianshan was collected from Cancer Registry report during January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. Its incidence was studied by statistical analysis. Results 1209 malignancy cases were reported in 2013, cancer incidence rate is 223.81/100 000 （male 215.28/100000, females 232.08/100000）. The top five cancers were lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer. Conclusion The main cancers of Tianshan District were lung cancer and breast cancer in women. So we should promote a healthy lifestyle, increase cancer prevention efforts to reduce the incidence of malignant tumors, improve their quality of life.
