某医院2003年-2013年住院死亡病例死因分析

Analysis on Causes of Death in a Hospital from 2003 to 2013

目的分析某医院2003年-2013年住院死亡病例病死情况、死因构成、年龄及性别分布,为降低该院住院病人死亡率和科学制定相关管理决策及提高医疗工作质量提供科学依据。方法通过该院病案信息系统平台,采集2003年-2013年住院死亡病例信息数据进行统计分析。结果该院2003年-2013年总的死亡率为0.01%,经Cox-Stuart检验,死亡率呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。男性病例死亡率(0.96%)高于女性(0.52%)(x2=307.86.,P<0.05)。经Cox-Stuart检验,随着年龄的增加,患者的死亡率呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。按国际疾病分类(ICD-10)的类目归类,前五位死因为头部损伤(8.95%)、脑血管病(8.50%)、消化器官恶性肿瘤(6.34%)、呼吸及胸腔内器官恶性肿瘤(6.02%)及慢性下呼吸道疾病(4.61%)。结论重点加强对患有前30位死因患者类似疾病患者的防治工作,积极提高本院医疗诊治技术,科学制定管理决策,以便进一步降低住院病人的死亡率,提高病人的生命质量。

Objective To analyze the mortality characteristics,the cause of death cases and the distribution characteristics of gender and age in one hospital from 2003 to 2013 for proposing scientifical and corresponding management measures to decline the mortality rate and improve the quality of curative activity. Methods Data about the death cases were collected and carried out a statistical analysis by the system of medical record front page. Results From 2003 to 2013,the total mortality rate was 0.01%,which was declining year by year,tested by Cox-Stuart（P〈0.05）.The male mortality rate（0.96%）was significantly higher than that in female（0.52%） （？2=307.86,P〈0.05）.The mortality rate increased gradually with the rising of age in patients,tested by Cox-Stuart（P〈0.05）.The top five dying of specific causes were injuries to the head（8.95%）,cerebrovascular diseases（8.50%）,malignant neoplasms of digestive organs（6.34%）,malignant neoplasms of respiratory and intrathoracic organs（6.02%）,chronic lower respiratory diseases（4.61%）,which classified by the list of three-character categories on International Classification of Diseases （ICD-10）. Conclusion The hospital strengthened the prevention of these diseases, which like the top thirty dying of specific causes,improved the medical technology positively, made the management measures scientifically,in order to reduce the mortality rate and improve the quality of life of residents.
