摘要
长江航道6号模型实验厅采用了大跨度预应力张弦桁架结构。由于张弦桁架跨度大、重心高、侧向刚度较差等特点,吊装过程应考虑多种因素的影响。对于大跨度张弦桁架的吊装采用"散件工厂制作、现场地面胎架分段拼装、空中对接安装"方法施工。重点介绍了张弦桁架分段位置、支撑架布置以及张弦桁架分段吊装施工工艺。
No. 6 Changjiang waterway model test hall applies large-span prestressed truss string structure. Because of large span, high gravitational center and poor lateral stiffness of truss string structure, many influence factors should be considered during hoisting, the construction technique of segmental fabrication in factory, jig assembly on site and installation at high altitude is used for this large-span truss string hoisting. The segmental position for string truss, supports arrangement during hoisting and detailed hoisting processing are introduced in detail.
