摘要
根据调查统计目前建筑行业现行的脚手架标准中关于悬挑式钢管脚手架施工存在界定不清晰、缺乏操作性等问题,同时,由于项目管理人员的理念和标准的差异,即使在同一个项目部不同工地之间,也会产生较大的差异,施工现场搭设悬挑式钢管脚手架形式多样、现场文明施工程度低、个别部位存在严重的安全隐患、极大地影响着现场的施工安全,制约着企业的发展;为了解决该问题,结合建筑施工悬挑式钢管脚手架施工特点及工艺原理,研究并应用建筑施工悬挑式钢管脚手架标准化、定型化、工具化施工,大大提高了现场文明施工程度和安全程度。

At the same time, because of the difference of project management concepts and standards, even between different sites of the same project department, it also has large differences, the construction site has many cantilever-type steel pipe scaffold forms, and site civilized construction degree is low, the individual parts have hidden safety problems, which seriously affect the construction safety. In order to solve this problem, based on the construction of cantilever-type steel pipe scaffold construction characteristics and technical principle, the standardization, stereotyping, instrumentalization design and application of cantilever-type steel pipe scaffold are introduced in detail, which can improve the degree of construction and safety.
