摘要
对建筑物外立面的结构形状和附着式脚手架的提升方式进行研究,分析了中心提升方式和偏心提升方式的特点,将2种提升方式组合起来,以两跨三机位为样架,总结出8种组合方式,并对8种组合方式在升降工况下的相关力学特性进行了有限元分析。分析表明偏心提升方式在中心提升方式的调节下,脚手架悬臂结构产生的倾覆效应会有所缓和,减小变形和应力,但固有频率值偏高还需进一步改善。
The structural styles characteristics of central lifting of building facade and attached scaffold lifting styles were studied. And the and eccentric lifting were analyzed, meanwhile, it combined the two lifting styles, and the corresponding mechanical properties in the lifting condition of eight combination styles was simulated by finite element method. The results show that under the adjustment of central lifting, the overturning effect of scaffold cantilever structure of eccentric lifting will ease, which can reduce the deformation and stress, however, the natural frequency values are high, which need to be improved.
