自密实混凝土在大直径异形钢管结构中的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 宁波中银大厦大直径异形钢管结构采用自密实混凝土,在自密实混凝土原材料选择、配合比设计、混凝土施工过程中的质量控制等方面进行了试验研究。工程实践证明,自密实混凝土能够很好地解决大直径异形钢管结构混凝土施工中钢管和混凝土脱空的技术难题。 Self-compacting concrete is adopted in large diameter special section steel tubular structures of Ningbo Zhongyin Bulding. The selection of self-compacting concrete raw materials is researched and tested, as well as the design of mix proportion and the quality control in the process of concrete construction. The project example proves that the self-compacting concrete can solve technical problems of concrete and steel pipe in large diameter special section steel tubular structure.
