摘要
台州银行大楼裙房5层大会议室屋顶采用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫(XPS)块体内模现浇混凝土空心楼盖,介绍了XPS块体内模现浇混凝土空心楼盖的技术特点和施工工艺,对混凝土浇筑过程中产生的XPS块体内模上浮的施工难点,通过双层固定、分层浇捣、实时监控等有效的控制措施,保证了超厚大跨度空心楼盖的施工质量。
Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor with extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) block internal formwork is adopted in the large conference room in the fifth floor of podium in Taizhou Bank building. This paper introduced the technical features and construction technology of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor with XPS block internal formwork. Then the construction difficulties of XPS block floating during concrete pouring are analyzed. Through the controlling measures of double layered fixing, layered pouring and real-time monitoring and other effective control measures, the construction quality of thick large span hollow floor is ensured.
