摘要
方钢管混凝土柱受力性能合理,施工方便,在高层建筑的设计和施工中获得了广泛应用。施工阶段方钢管为混凝土的泵送提供永久性模板,节省大量施工费用和劳动力成本。采用有限元法研究了高层建筑中方钢管混凝土柱在施工中湿混凝土自重和水平侧压力对钢管柱受力性能的影响。考虑了钢管相邻两板件不同焊缝连接形式,不同的柱高宽比,以及不同混凝土泵送层数和柱1/2高度是否设置支撑等的影响,提出了钢管中钢板宽厚比限值的计算方法。通过分析得到湿混凝土荷载作用下方钢管侧向变形和钢管柱轴向应力的结果,分析了钢管侧向变形对增加混凝土泵送体积的影响。
Concrete filled rectangular steel columns are increasingly used in the construction and design of tall buildings. The external rectangular steel pipe provides permanent and integral formwork for the concrete, thereby it reduces construction and labor costs. This paper studies the influence of wet concrete loading, self-weight and lateral pressure on bearing performance of rectangular steel columns in tall buildings. Considering the connection types between two steel plates, different height?width ration of columns, different concrete pumping stories, and supports at middle height of the columns, this paper proposes the width?thick ratio of the plate in the steel rectangular column. Through analysis the lateral deflections and axial stresses of rectangular steel pipe under wet concrete loading are presented, as well as the influence of steel pipe lateral deflections on increasing pumping concrete volume.
