摘要
采用模糊综合评判法评价了三种苹果醋饮料的感官品质,结果表明:657和731两种样品的等级都为优与良之间,且731样品比657样品的等级高,359样品的等级为良,三种苹果醋样品感官品质的模糊综合评判从高到低依次为731>657>359。
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to evaluate the sensory quality of three apple vinegar beverages.The results show that the rank of samples 657 and 731is between excellent and good,sample 731 is better than sample 657,sample 359 is good.The analysis of sensory quality of three apple vinegar beverages are ranked as 731〉657〉359.
