摘要 天然肉桂精油作为一种传统的中药具有许多重要的生理功能和心理功能,广泛应用于医药、食品、个人护理用品、农业化学品等行业。较全面地综述了天然肉桂油的提取技术,包括水蒸气提取法、同时蒸馏萃取法、微波辅助提取法、超临界提取法等,分析、比较了各种提取方法的优缺点、得油率及精油含醛量,指出多种提取方法相结合将是比较可取的提取方法,旨在为研究开发及综合利用肉桂资源提供一定的参考依据。 Natural cinnamon essential oil is a kind of conventional Chinese medicine,which possesses many important physiological and psychological functions and has been widely used in fields of medicine,food,personal care products,agricultural chemicals,etc..The extraction methods,such as steam extraction,simultaneous distillation and extraction, microwave assisted extraction,supercritical extraction method and so on,are reviewed in the paper. The advantages and disadvantages of these different extraction methods are analyzed based on cinnamon essential oil yield,cinnamic aldehyde content and energy consumption.It suggests that the combination of many extraction methods will be effective method to extract natural cinnamon essential oil.The aim is to provide references for research,development and comprehensive utilization of cinnamon resources.
