摘要
综述了超滤技术的原理、特点及主要应用领域,并系统介绍超滤技术应用于一步法和二步法制糖生产的研究进展,展望了超滤技术在甘蔗制糖生产中的应用前景。
In this paper,the principle,characteristics and main application fields of UF are reviewed,and the research progress of UF for one-step and two-step sugar production is introduced systematically.Look into the application prospects of UF in sugarcane production.
