早期肺癌患者主气道上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体mRNA表达的初步探讨 被引量:2

Detection of epidermal growth factor receptor mRNA in up-airway epithelium of patients with lung cancer in early stage

摘要 目的分析早期肺癌患者和肺良性病变患者主气道上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)mRNA表达情况,探讨其在早期肺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)方法检测33例肺癌患者和70例肺良性疾病患者主气道上皮细胞EGFR mRNA表达。结果早期肺癌患者主气道上皮EGFR mRNA的平均表达水平为肺良性疾病患者平均表达水平的4.89倍,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且早期肺癌患者主气道非病变部位EGFR mRNA表达与病变部位EGFR mRNA表达无明显差异。结论早期肺癌患者主气道上皮EGFR mRNA表达明显高于肺良性疾病。 Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) mRNA in the up-airway epithelium of patients with lung cancer in early stage and benign pulmonary diseases,and evaluate its clinical value for diagnosis of lung cancer in early stage. Methods Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction( PCR) was used to detect the expression of EGFR mRNA in the samples of up-airway epithelium from 33 patients with lung cancer in early stage and 70 patients with nonmalignant pulmonary disease. Results The average expression of EGFR mRNA in up-airway epithelium with lung cancer in early stage is 4. 89 times the average expression of that with lung benign diseases,and the difference is significant( P〈0. 05). The expression of EGFR mRNA of lesion locationin the up airway epithelium from patients with lung cancer in early stage is not different from that of non-lesion locationin( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The expressions of EGFR mRNA in up-airway epithelium with lung cancer in early stage is higher than that of benign pulmonary diseases.
