腹腔镜下胃肿瘤根治术联合药物治疗胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of surgery combined with drug therapy in the treatment of digestive dysfunction caused by stomach cancer

目的分析腹腔镜下胃肿瘤根治术联合药物治疗胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全的可行性。方法随机选取2012年3月至2014年3月收治的120例胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对所有患者实施腹腔镜下胃肿瘤根治术,对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者给予常规治疗基础上的药物联合治疗,之后对两组患者的临床症状评分及临床疗效进行分析。结果研究组患者的早饱、上腹饱胀、上腹疼痛、上腹烧灼感等临床症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗的总有效率为86.7%(52/60),对照组为68.3%(41/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肿瘤根治术联合药物治疗胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗的总有效率,有效可行,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of laparoscopic resection of gastric cancer combined with drug therapy in the treatment of digestive dysfunction caused by stomach cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty digestive dysfunction patients caused by stomach cancer in Shandong Tai＇ an Coal Mine Hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected in the study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： the study group and the control group,60 cases in each group. Firstly,all patients were given laparoscopic gastric swelling and tumor resection. And then the patients of the control group were given routine treatment,while the patients of the study group were given combination therapies based on conventional treatment. The clinical symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results The scores of clinical symptoms,such as early satiety,bloating,abdominal pain,epigastric burning sensation of the study group were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment total efficiency of the study group was86. 7%（ 52 /60）,and that of the control group was 68. 3%（ 41 /60）,with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic gastric swelling combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,and raise the treatment total efficiency in the treatment of digestive dysfunction. It is effective and feasible,worthy of promoting.
