早期经口进食在腹腔镜辅助根治性远端胃大部切除术后的应用分析

Analysis of early oral feedingin laparoscope assisted radicaldistal gastrectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助根治性远端胃大部切除术后实施早期经口进食的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年10月收治的腹腔镜辅助根治性远端胃大部切除术患者68例,平均分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用传统进食,试验组行早期经口进食,对两组患者术后并发症发生情况、胃肠功能恢复情况等相关指标进行观察和统计。结果试验组患者术后早期经口进食耐受率为91.9%(31/34),术后并发症试验组稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),早期进食组术后首次肛门排气及排便时间均早于传统进食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受腹腔镜辅助根治性远端胃大部切除术治疗的患者,术后进行早期经口进食能帮助患者早日恢复健康,值得推广。

Objective To investigateearly oral feedingclinical effectin assisted radical laparoscopic distal gastrectomy. Methods 68 patientswere selected from January 2012 to October 2013 who received laparoscopic assisted radical laparoscopic distal gastrectomy,the patients were divided into test group and control group,34 cases in the control group were given traditional feeding,test group were given early oral feeding,the postoperative complications and incidence of gastrointestinal function recovery-related indicators were observed. Results The tolerance rateof patients with early oral feedingwas 91. 9%（ 31 /34）,postoperative complications rate was slightly higher than control group,but the difference was not significant（ P〉0. 05）,flatus and bowel movement time of EOF group was shorter than TF group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with laparoscopic assisted radical distal gastrectomy,the effects of EOF was pretty well,which could help patients recover better.
