双花百合片防治头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

Evaluation of double lily pads in management of head and neck cancer patients after radiotherapy for oral ulcer

目的探讨双花百合片防治头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法分析收治的80例头颈部肿瘤放疗后口腔溃疡患者的相关治疗资料,根据不同治疗方法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组选择常规漱口液治疗,观察组于放疗第1天时服用双花百合片联合常规治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者Ⅰ-Ⅱ级口腔溃疡平均出现时间为（18.2±0.8）d,对照组为（10.3±1.5）d,观察组明显迟于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前相比,两组患者用药后Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级口腔溃疡的发生率明显降低,而观察组患者的降低程度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者口腔溃疡平均愈合时间为（8.2±2.0）d,对照组为（12.8±3.5）d,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=8.73,P〈0.05）。结论在常规漱口液治疗基础上加用双花百合片,能够明显推迟Ⅰ-Ⅱ级口腔溃疡出现时间,并有效遏止头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后Ⅲ和Ⅳ级口腔溃疡的发生率,促进溃疡面愈合,提示双花百合片可以有效改善放疗致口腔溃疡患者的临床体征,从而降低继发感染的危险性,改善吞咽困难,使患者的放疗顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the flower lily pads in management of oral ulcer after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck cancer. Methods According to the different treatment methods,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Then according to the grading standard of World Health Organization（ WHO） grading system,the curative effect after the treatment were analyzed. Results The mean emergence time of Ⅰ,Ⅱ oral ulcer for the patients in the observation group was（ 18. 2 ± 0. 8） d,was much earlier than that of the control group（ 10. 3 ± 1. 5） d,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with before treatment,after the treatment,the incidence of Ⅲ,Ⅳoral ulcer significantly reduced and the observation group decreased obviously larger than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the average healing time of oral ulcer in the observation group was（ 8. 2 ± 2） d,significantly earlier than that of the control group（ 12. 8 ± 3. 5） d（ t = 8. 73,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The conventional gargle treatment combined with double lily pads can significantly delay the Ⅰ,Ⅱ oral ulcer and effectively curb the occurrence time of head and neck cancer patients after radiotherapy Ⅲ level and Ⅳ level of oral cavity ulcer incidence rate,promote ulcer healing,suggesting that Shuanghua lily pads can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients induced by radiotherapy oral ulcer,thereby reducing the risk of secondary infection,improve the swallowing difficulties.
