精神障碍患者非自愿住院实施现况调查的国内外进展 被引量：6

摘要 现代精神病学中,基于对精神障碍患者个人权利的保护和对公众安全的维护,非自愿住院及相关治疗成为不可或缺的一部分.但非自愿住院的实施历来广受争议,为平衡精神障碍患者合法权益与公共安全之间的矛盾,各国通过立法对非自愿住院的实施加以规范,本文简要介绍国内外针对精神障碍患者实施非自愿住院的相关调查研究,为有关政策法规的制定研究以及机构依法开展非自愿医疗提供参考.
