深圳市坪山新区企业职工职业病防治知识知晓情况分析

Workers in enterprises occupational disease prevention knowledge awareness situation analysis of Pingshan new district in Shenzhen city

目的了解深圳市坪山新区企业职工职业病防治知识知晓情况、影响因素及获取途径。方法对辖区916名企业职工进行职业卫生知识问卷调查,并分析调查结果。结果影响企业职工职业病防治知识的因素主要是年龄、培训、岗位、工龄。企业职工获取职业病防治知识的途径主要有政府部门职业病防治宣传(38.97%)、合同告知或厂方宣传(19.65%)、培训(13.76%);职业卫生管理人员获取职业病防治知识途径有别于一线劳动者,依次为培训、政府部门职业病防治宣传、大众传媒及自学;而一线劳动者则主要依赖于政府职业病防治宣传、企业合同或厂方宣传、培训。结论辖区企业职工职业病防治知识水平较低,需加强健康促进工作开展,从政府监督、企业管理及劳动者参与等多方面采取针对性措施,以提高企业及劳动者职业病防治意识,保障劳动者职业健康。

Objective Investigated the knowledge about occupational disease prevention,influencing factors,acquiring way to workers in enterprises in Shenzhen Pingshan district. Methods To Survey knowledge about occupational disease prevention to 916 workers and analyzed the investigation results. Results Age,training,position,working years were factors successively affecting staff＇s knowledge. The main way of staff to acquiring knowledge about occupational disease prevention were propaganda of government department about occupational disease prevention,contract informing or propaganda of enterprises and training,the acquiring way to the knowledge about occupational disease prevention were significant different between enterprise managers and labors,the main way of enterprise managers were training,propaganda of government department,mass media and self-study,the main way of labors were propaganda of government department about occupational disease prevention,contract informing or propaganda of enterprises and training. Conclusions Level of staff ＇s knowledge in Pingshan district was low,more special health promotion measures should be taken by government department,enterprises and labors,to improve the knowledge about occupational disease prevention of enterprises and labors,and guarantee labor healthy.
