实验动物屏障设施常用消毒方式比较研究 被引量:6

Comparative study of laboratory animal barrier facility common disinfection methods

摘要 目的通过对多种消毒方式进行比较研究,对实验动物屏障系统消毒方式的选择提供参考依据。方法选取不同测定时间点(消毒前及消毒后的30 min,2h、6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h),检查消毒完成前后实验室的沉降菌最大平均浓度,比较各消毒方式最佳效果和持续时间;通过消毒剂在特定条件下对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行杀灭实验,比较消毒剂的杀菌率;以及各种消毒方式的优缺点。结果两种用甲醛的消毒方式效果最好;臭氧、过氧乙酸最佳消毒效果持续时间保持在48 h内;消毒泡腾片及84Ⅱ消毒液最佳消毒效果持续时间保持在24 h内;新洁尔灭消毒后沉降菌最大平均浓度未符合相关国家标准的规定,且沉降菌最大平均浓度增长速度较快。各消毒剂对两种实验菌株的杀菌率均在99%以上,但新洁尔灭对绿脓杆菌杀菌效果差。结论甲醛适用于屏障系统启用前及可疑传染时的消毒,臭氧、过氧乙酸适用于房间的整体消毒,消毒泡腾片、84Ⅱ消毒液、新洁尔灭适用于实验动物室维持常规消毒。 Objective The different disinfection methods were compared studied,in order to provide a reference for the disinfection of laboratory animal barrier facilities. Methods Through chose different testing time( 30 min,2h,6h,24 h,48,72 h of before disinfection after disinfection),checked the maximum average concentration of settlement bacteria before and after disinfected the laboratory,compare the best effect and the lasting time of disinfection methods; Under the specific conditions,did germicidal tests for pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus by using sanitizer,to compare the rate of disinfection of sanitizer,and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of disinfection. Results The best effect of disinfection was 2kinds of formaldehydes; ozone and peroxyacetic acid could keep in 48 h for disinfecting time; the time of disinfecting effervescent tablets and 84Ⅱ liquid of disinfection could keep in 24h; the maximum average concentration of settlement bacteria did not match the international standard After used bromo geramaine,and the maximum average concentration growth rate of settlement bacteria was fast. the rate of killing 2 bacteria of every sanitizer were both above 99%,but bromo geramaine could not kill much pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusions Formaldehyde could be used for disinfection when the barrier system was opened and the suspicious infection was founded,Ozone and peroxyacetic acid could be used for room overall disinfection,disinfective effervescent tablets,84Ⅱ liquid of disinfection and bromo geramaine could be used for maintain regular disinfection on experimental animal room.
