伊斯兰教协会在城市民族工作中的作用与问题研究——湖北省伊协组织个案调查

The Study on the Role and Problems of the Islamic Association in the Working of Urban Ethnic——A Case Investigation of Hubei Islamic Association

引导与发挥民族宗教组织在构建社会主义和谐社会中的积极作用是现阶段我国统一战线和宗教工作的现实任务。本文运用民族学、社会学、统计学等方法,对湖北省伊协组织在城市民族工作中的作用与面临的新问题进行了调查研究。湖北省伊协组织在城市民族工作中发挥了积极的作用,并取得了显著的成效。但由于业务主管部门对伊协的性质与作用认识不够,伊协职能不明,"三无"现象严重影响伊协正常开展工作,建议进行社会管理创新,提高业务主管部门对伊协作用的认识,重视城市穆斯林民生与民族宗教问题,充分发挥伊协组织的积极性,促进民族团结、宗教和顺与社会和谐。

The urgent realistic task of China＇s United Front and religious working is that guide and play the positive role of the ethnic and religions organization in the construction of socialist harmonious society at this present stage. This paper investigate and study the role and new problems faced by the urban ethnic working of Hubei Islamic Association in the using of ethnology,sociologic,statistics methods etc to. Hubei Islamic Association has played a positive role in the urban ethnic working,and achieved remarkable results. But due to the knowledge of the competent departments of islamic association on the nature and the role of the Islamic Association is not enough,cause the functions of the Islamic Association are unknown,and the ＂three-no＂phenomenon seriously affect the normal work of the Islamic Association. This paper proposed that carry out the innovation of social management,improve the knowledge of the competent departments on the role of the Islamic Association,pay attention to the livelihood and the ethnic and religious problems of the urban muslim,give full play to the enthusiasm of the Islamic Association,and promote national unity,religious peace and social harmony as well.
