武警某部战士结核病防治知识调查

Survey of tuberculosis prevention and cure knowledge among armed police soldiers

【目的】开展结核病防治知识调查,掌握武警部队战士结核病防治知识知晓情况。【方法】随机抽取北京市某武警部队873名战士进行问卷调查,内容包括结核病相关防治知识、政策知晓水平,计算总知晓率、8条核心信息知晓率和3条核心信息知晓率,并比较不同文化程度、收入水平、军龄和城乡户籍对知晓水平影响。【结果】武警部队战士结核病相关知识总知晓率为68.6%,8条核心信息知晓率为2.6%,3条核心信息知晓率为9.2%。学历大专以上战士总知晓率、8条核心信息知晓率、3条核心信息知晓率均较高;随收入水平增高总知晓率逐渐增高;军龄在3年以上战士总知晓率、3条核心信息知晓率较高。城市战士总知晓率和3条核心信息知晓率高于农村战士。【结论】武警战士虽对结核病有一定了解,但知晓水平尚待提高。在针对战士开展的健康教育中应重点加强结核病早期症状筛查、治疗政策宣传,并将重点放在低文化程度、低收入水平的农村战士群体。

【Objective】To investigate the perception of tuberculosis（TB） prevention and cure knowledge among armed police soldiers through cross-sectional survey.【Methods】873 soldiers from Beijing municipal corps were randomly selected to accept the survey of TB prevention and cure knowledge, policy awareness level. The percentage of total perception, eight core information awareness, and three core information awareness was calculated and compared among different education, income, length of military service and household registration.【Results】The total perception of TB-related knowledge was 68.6%, the eight core information awareness was2.6%, and three core information awareness was 9.2 %. Soldiers with a college education or higher degree were associated with higher total perception, eight core information awareness and three core information awareness. Total perception rised gradually along with the income. Soldiers with more than three years of military service had the higher level of total perception and three core information awareness. Total perception and three core information awareness of urban soldiers were higher than those of rural soldiers.【Conclusion】Although armed police soldiers have certain knowledge of TB, awareness levels still need to be improved. Health education should be focused on the early TB symptom screening, treatment policy publicity, especially among soldiers with low education, low family income, and rural household.
