摘要
利用UG 6.0软件的Routing Electrical模块,对引信线缆三维电气布线进行详细的阐述,并对端口参数等关键问题进行分析,实现了引信线缆的数字化定义,改变以往落后的引信线缆设计方法。通过革新设计方法,使引信线缆模型能够完美地和现有结构样机结合起来,缩短引信线缆的研制周期,极大地提高了引信线缆的研制效率和准确性。
A detailed description on 3D electrical routing technology for fuze is given based on the routing electrical module of UG 6.0 software.Also,key problems such as ports-setting parameter are analyzed.Digital design method of fuze cable is realized and traditional design method is changed.The innovation of design method results in the perfect combination of fuze cable and the existing digital mockup.Besides,it shortens the development cycle,and enhances the efficiency and the accuracy of fuze cable.
