摘要
航空航天产业中,复合材料的应用比例越来越高,但复合材料不同于金属材料,破坏前无屈服阶段,所以从安全质量角度来说,对复合材料准确高效的损伤检测手段显得尤为重要。本文以四边简支铝制蜂窝夹层板为研究对象,采用反共振频率理论对复合材料结构损伤进行检测研究,以提高飞机部件原位检测及飞机外场检测的效率。理论结果表明,在蜂窝夹层板存在损伤时,该理论可对结构损伤进行有效判定。
Composites are increasingly widely used in the aviation field,but unlike metal materials,there is no yield stage before destruction of composites,so now from the point of view of safety and quality,accurate damage detection of composites is very important.In this paper,all edges of aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate is as the research object.The anti-resonance frequency method is used to study the composites structural damage detection.The aim is to improve the efficiency of aircraft parts orthotopic detection and aircraft outfield detection.The theoretical results show that there is a damage in the honeycomb sandwich plate,this theory can effectively determine the structural damage.
