2008年全球遭遇自"大萧条"以来最严重的经济危机,世界各国经济均受到不同程度的冲击。2009年以来,APEC一直将创新增长合作作为其重要议题,旨在推动亚太地区经济全面复苏,实现高质量增长。创新增长合作作为新型增长战略,对亚太地区的未来发展具有举足轻重的作用。APEC推进创新增长合作的努力取得了可喜成效,分析APEC及其成员推动创新增长合作的主要进程及成效,并对其合作前景进行展望有利于推进APEC经济稳定发展。

In 2008, the most serious economic crisis since the Great Depression hit the world and all countries were subject to different degrees of impact. Since 2009, innovative growth cooperation has been taken as one of the priorities by APEC meeting to promote comprehensive recovery of Asia-Pacific economy and achieve high-quality growth. As a new growth strategy, innovative growth cooperation plays a decisive role in the future development of Asia- Pacific region and efforts devoted by APEC to this end have achieved encouraging results. Analyzing the progress and achievements of APEC along with its members to promote innovative growth cooperation and discussing the prospect of the cooperation are beneficial to the stable development of APEC economy.
