Forlorn Expectations and Intertextual Writings:A Comparative Study of Chen Ran and Marguerite Duras' Works

中国当代女作家陈染三十余年来一直专注于女性生命经验的书写,在这个过程中,法国作家杜拉斯对其创作风格的形成起到了重要的滋养作用。比较分析陈染与杜拉斯的作品,可以清楚地看出在孤独景象的描绘与互文手法的运用上两者均存在相似之处,但陈染的创作明显呈现出影响后的创造与新变。

In the past 30 years, Chen Ran, a contemporary Chinese female writer, has dedicated herself to the writing of female life experience. In this process, her style of writing is greatly influenced by French writer Marguerite Duras. Through a comparative analysis of the writings of Chen Ran and Duras, we can see that there are evident similarities in the depiction of loneliness and the application of intertextuality between them, though Chen Ran＇s writings have their own novel features.
