地方师范院校思想政治理论课教学实效性研究

The Research on Improve Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Local Normal Universities

我国高校在如何加强大学生思想政治理论课教学上采取了一系列改革措施,虽然取得了一定的效果,但实效性仍比较低。学生、任课教师以及高校管理者对思想政治理论课教学还存在着一些错误认识或不恰当的教学方法,影响和制约着师范院校思想政治理论课教学的实效性。应当积极扭转大学生对思想政治理论课的错误认识,不断引进和培养思想政治理论课教师,减轻教师的教学、科研负担,不断改革和创新教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣;加强组织领导,提高思政课教师的地位和待遇。

Many universities have taken very fruitful reform measures and achieved significant results on how to strengthen teaching of ideological and political theory course in China,but their effectiveness is rela-tively low. This is because students, teachers and administrators have wrong understanding on ideological and political theory and inappropriate teaching methods. They affect and restrict its effectiveness of teaching in normal college. We should reverse their wrong understanding, attracting and training teachers to reduce their burden; reforming and innovating teaching methods continuously to stimulate interest of students in learning, strengthening the organizational leadership to improve status and treatment of teachers.
