摘要
论文根据油气润滑系统小管径管道检测的特点,提出了一种带有电容补偿的电容层析成像系统,分析了该电路工作原理,并对系统中的关键组成模块的电路进行了仿真,给出了补偿电容的测量时的算法流程,最后基于三个重要的系统评价指标对设计的ECT系统进行评价,结果表明:该ECT系统具有检测时间短、抗杂质性电容能力强、稳定性和动态响应性能好等特点。
Based on the oil-air lubrication system characteristics for small detected pipe, the electrical capacitance tomography with the compensation for capacitance is proposed, the circuit work is analyzed, the key component module in the system is simulated and the algorithmic process is given on compensation capacitances in this paper. In addition, ECT system is evaluated according to three important assessments. The results show that this system is characterized by short detecting time, the resistance of impurities capacitance, a good stability and dynamic response.
