摘要
论文讨论一种级联多电平光伏逆变器拓扑,分析了其在载波移相SPWM调制下的工作状况,得出不同调制度下输出电压特性与调制度之间的关系。最后,利用Matlab平台对逆变器建模仿真,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper, a cascaded multi-level photovoltaic inverter is dicussed. The working modes of the proposed topology under the situation of CPS-SPWM have been analyzed. The relationship between output characteristics with different modulation ratio is given. In final, the Matlab results were presented to validate the theoretical analysis.
