摘要
论文介绍了一种新型轮胎分解机结构以及工作原理,并对关键部件进行有限元分析。新型轮胎分解机具有通用性,适用于各种型号的飞机轮胎。该设备均由PLC编程控制,使其实现自动化,大大降低了工人的劳动强度。
In the paper, a new structure of Aircraft Tire Beadbreaker and its work way are introduced. Also, finite element analysis of its important parts is conducted. The new Aircraft Tire Beadbreaker is universal, which is applicable to various types of aircraft tire. The machine is controlled by PLC program, which leads to the realization of automation, and significantly reduces the labor's intensity of workers.
