摘要
根据智能电网对时间同步高精度和高安全性的原则,智能变电站站内时间同步的重点不再局限于时钟系统与卫星时间的同步,还包括对全站设备同步性能的分层管理及集中监测。论文提出并实现了一种智能变电站时间同步性能检测系统;系统介绍了信号检测方法的研究。通过同步信号的接收、输出、反馈对变电站二次设备同步性能进行闭环检测,达到对同步链路信号完整性检测的目的。
In order to satisfy the high precision and high security requirements of time synchronization for Smart Grids, not only between the clock system and the satellite clock time, but also includes a hierarchical management on the synchronization performance of station equipment and centralized monitoring. This paper presents the design and implementation of a synchronous performance of intelligent substation time detection system; system was introduced to study the method of signal detection. The goal has been achieved by this designed system which can detect the satellite timing signal received, the synchronization signals transmitted from the substation clock, as well as the feedback signals from the secondary synchronized equipment in closed-loop detecting way, to monitor signal integrity of the synchronous link for an intelligent substation
