摘要 基于NX软件,对轴向柱塞泵和马达的缸体组件建立统一的有限元模型进行了结构仿真。通过计算得到了各摩擦副的接触应力以及零件的变形和应力分布等,分析了相关参数对轴向柱塞泵和马达工作状况的影响,说明了造成缸体组件故障的主要原因。对计算结果的分析和讨论表明了本方法的有效性,可以作为轴向柱塞泵和马达设计和优化的参考依据。 Based on the NX software, a unified finite element model of the cylinder assembly of axial piston pump and motor was built and analyzed for structural simulation. The results of contact pressure in friction pairs, as well as the deformation and stress distribution of each part were obtained by the calculation. The influences of related parameters on the axial piston pump and motor during their working process-es, which can some extent explain the main causes of the cylinder component failures, were discussed according to the results. The analysis and discussion of the calculation results showed that this method is effective and can be used as a reference in the design and optimization of the axial piston pump and motor.
