摘要
根据风翼回转液压系统在AMESim中建立仿真模型,针对液压系统的常见故障,在仿真模型中分别进行分析,得出不同的故障模式对液压系统运行参数的影响,为风翼回转液压系统的故障诊断提供基础,并对其他液压系统的故障分析有一定的参考价值。
This paper established the simulation model according to the wing-sail slewing hydraulic system based on AMESim. For the com- mon malfunctions in hydraulic system, it analyzed the malfunctions in the model respectively and obtained the operating parameters of hy- draulic system. Which laid a foundation for the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system, and provides a reference for the fault analysis of other hydraulic systems.
