摘要
为了提高盾构机主轴承密封圈的密封性能,建立主轴承密封圈优化设计流程,利用ANSYS Workbench分析研究压紧环唇形密封圈结构尺寸对其密封性能的影响,结果发现压紧环的直径、密封圈唇口的倾斜角度和密封圈的高度对其密封性能影响较大,结合这些参数,对压紧环唇形密封圈进行优化设计,优化分析的结果大幅提高了密封圈的密封性能,为盾构主轴承密封圈的设计选型提供了参考。
In order to improve the sealing performance of shield machine main bearing seals, the author establishes the optimization design process of main beating seals, analyzes and researches the effects between structure size of lip seal with clamping ring and its seal perfor- mance with ANSYS Workbench. Finds that the diameter of the clamping ring, the tilt angle and height of the lip seal have influences on its sealing performance. Optimizes the lip seal with these parameters, the optimization analysis significantly improves the lip seal' s sealing per- formance and provides references for main bearing seal' designing and selection of shield machine.
