摘要
针对使用条件,进行了某风机用干气密封的结构设计,计算了干气密封的性能参数,确定了螺旋槽的几何参数;为了验证该干气密封的密封性能,进行了试验研究,试验结果与理论计算结果吻合较好。
Based on working conditions, the structure of dry gas seal for the blower is designed;the performance parameters of dry gas seal and the geometric parameters of spiral groove are calculated. In order to verify the sealing performance of dry gas seal, the experimental study is carried out. The experimental results and theoretical results are close.
