摘要
在玻璃钢化过程中,加热玻璃和急速冷却玻璃这两个环节耗能最多。文章主要阐述玻璃钢化过程中国内一些节能新工艺和新技术。这些新工艺和新技术的应用明显降低了电能消耗,同时回收钢化过程中产生的废热,可以大幅提高玻璃钢化过程的能源利用率,也达到节能降耗的目的。
The two biggest links of energy consumption in the glass tempering process are heated glass and rapidly cooling the glass. The article mainly describes some domestic new energy saving crafts and new technology in the process of glass tempering. The application of those new crafts and new technology significantly reduces electric energy consumption while waste heat recovering generated in the process of glass tempering,can substantially improve the energy utilization of glass tempering process,likewise achieve the purpose of energy saving.
