基于现代中小型制造企业的订单评审体系研究

Research of order review system based on modern medium and small manufacture enterprise

通过对订单评审进行系统的研究，重点对中小制造企业订单评审中存在的问题进行了分析，并对订单评审的内容、方式和流程等进行梳理与总结。从专业性和可操作性的角度出发，构建了科学合理的订单评审指标体系，为中小制造型企业订单评审的有效运作提供了工作思路和操作方法。

Through systematic research of order review ,mainly analysis the problem exsist in the order review of medium and small manufacture enterprise,and summarize the content,method and process of order review.From the angle of professional and operibility,set up reasonable order review system,provide working thinking and operation method for the effective operation of oder review of medium and small manufacture enterprise.
