摘要
甘草对多种糖尿病模型动物具有降血糖的作用。甘草酸和甘草黄酮类化合物是其有效成分。甘草及其有效成分是⑴通过抗氧化作用,保护胰腺β-细胞,刺激胰岛素表达和分泌;⑵通过促进PPARs的表达和激活,抑制PTP1B的表达和活性和抑制11β-HSD1活性;通过抑制11β-HSD1活性,多方面地对抗胰岛素抵抗,促进组织细胞摄取和利用葡萄糖,改善脂、糖代谢紊乱;⑶通过抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶延缓肠道吸收葡萄糖,产生降糖作用。综述甘草及其有效成分降血糖的药理作用及其机制的文献资料,并对其研究进展作了分析。
Licorice has an effect of hypoglycemia to all sorts of diabetes model animals. Glycyrrhizic acid and licorice flavonoids are its active components. Licorice and its active components produce hypoglycemic effect:(1)by antioxidation, inducing protection of pancreatic β-cell, stimulating secretion and expression of insulin;(2)by improving activation and expression of PPARs, inhibiting activity and expression of PTP1 B, and inhibiting 11β-HSD1 activity, to antagonize insulin resistance to increase utilization and intake of glucose in tissue and cell, and to improve carbohydrate and lipid metabolic disorders;(3)by inhibiting activity of α-glucosidase to delay enteral absorption of glucose. In this paper, the literature data on pharmacologic effects and mechanisms of licorice and its active components in hypoglycemia and anti-diabetic complications are reviewed and the research advances are analyzed.
