用HPLC法测定皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的含量

Determination of Dectancyl in Dermatitis Powder by HPLC

目的：建立1种皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的高效液相色谱法的含量测定方法。方法：采用Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相;检测波长为240 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为30℃,采用高效液相色谱法测定皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果：醋酸地塞米松浓度在12.0~120.0μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 4）,平均加样回收率（n=6）为99.65%,RSD为0.49%;测得3批皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的含量平均为0.7465 mg/g。结论：本法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为皮炎粉中相关制剂质量控制的定量方法。

Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of dexamethasone acetate in Dermatitis powder by HPLC. Methods： Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used with methanol-water（70：30）as its mobile phase; flow rate was 1.0 m L/min; column temperature was 30 ℃; the detection wavelength was 240 nm. Using HPLC method, the content of dexamethasone acetate in Dermatitis powder was determined. Results： The linear range of dexamethasone acetate was between 12.0 and 120.0 μg（r=0.999 4）, the average recovery was 99.65% and RSD was0.49%（n=6）. The content of dexamethasone acetate in 3 batches of Dermatitis powder was measured with an average of0.746 5 mg/g. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of dectancyl in Dermatitis powder.
