摘要
目的:分析临床药师参与儿童哮喘性疾病治疗的疗效,探讨临床药学服务的可行性。方法:选取2010年10月—2013年10月间诊治的50例哮喘患儿,将其分为干预组(n=25)和非干预组(n=25),干预组患儿临床药师参与患者治疗的全过程,并协助临床医生制订个体化治疗方案,规范药物治疗,患儿出院后药师继续指导用药;非干预组患儿在治疗全过程及出院后指导用药均无临床药师参与,两组均进行依从性调查分析,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:干预组患儿治疗的总有效率、住院天数、发作频率和药物不良反应的发生率均显著优于非干预组(P<0.01),治疗依从性良好率也优于非干预组(P<0.05)。结论:临床药学干预儿童哮喘性疾病的治疗提高了患儿用药依从性和药物治疗效果,减少了药物不良反应的发生,使药物治疗更为安全、有效,同时丰富了临床药师自身知识结构,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy in children with asthmatic disease on clinical pharmacy intervention medication and to investigate the feasibility of clinical pharmacy service. Methods: During October 2010 and October 2013,50 cases of children with asthma were divided into intervention group(n=25),and non- intervention group(n=25). In children of intervention group,clinical pharmacists participated in clinical treatment throughout the process in the hospital,to assist the clinicians to develop individualized therapeutic regimen,and to regulate drug therapy. Children beforr leaving hospital received pharmacists continuing education before of medication. In the non- intervention group in the whole therapeutic process duration of hospital stay and medication education before discharge there was no clinical pharmacists participating in. Compliance of children was analyzed between the two groups; clinical curative effects were compared between two groups. Results: In the aspect of the total effective rate of treatment,hospitalization duration,seizure frequency,drug adverse reaction incidence rate and good treatment compliance rate,the intervention group was significantly better than those of the non- intervention group.By comparison the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of clinical pharmacy intervention for children with asthmatic diseases can improve children's medication compliance,improve the therapeutic effect of drugs and reduce adverse drug reactions,so the drug treatment is more safe and effective. It has enriched the clinical pharmacist's structure of knowledge,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
