Pharmaceutical Care for Clinical Medication in Special Patients with Typhoid Fever

目的:探讨特殊患者伤寒感染的抗菌药物选择及药学监护。方法:以临床药师参与2例确诊的特殊患者伤寒感染的抗感染治疗实践为例,从药物的选择和不良反应的监测等方面,提出最优的个体化方案,并记录及分析全过程。结果:临床药师参与特殊患者伤寒感染的治疗,起到很好地监护作用,取得了治愈的效果。结论:临床药师在药学监护中没有盲目选药,而是全面考虑个体化给药,优化了治疗方案,提高了患者临床用药的安全性及有效性。

Objective： To discuss the selection of antimicrobial agents on patients with special typhoid infection,and pharmaceutical care. Methods： Based on the example the clinical pharmacists participated in two cases and anti- infection treatment on special patients with typhoid fever infection practice and from the choice of drug and adverse drug reactions monitoring, the optimal individualized programs were proposed, and the whole process was recorded and analyzed. Results：Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of special patients with typhoid fever infection which had very good monitoring effect obtaining cure effect. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacist in pharmaceutical care can not be blind to choose, but should fully consider indiidualized dosing,optimize the treatment plan and improve the efficacy and safety of clinical medication.
